EXCHANGES

you may exchange your item/s for the same item, an item of equal value, or store credit, but must pay shipping both ways for the exchanged item. items may only be exchanged if there is an issue with the item itself, meaning it is damaged or defective. the item not fitting properly is not a means for exchange. please be sure to correctly measure your wrist before ordering. you can view a tutorial here. if you need to exchange your jewelry for a larger size, you will be responsible for shipping both ways plus a $5 resizing fee.

i understand that sometimes things happen, regardless of how well an item is made and tested. if your item breaks from normal wear within 30 days of receiving, please contact me at hello@inlovewithfrank.com. frank. will repair your item for free once returned, with free shipping back to you. 

(you must contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. jewelry must be sent back with all of its components in a protected package - not in a standard letter envelope. please include all parts of the jewelry. if your item shows signs of physical damage upon receiving, you will be charged to replace any necessary components.)
